Hi, I’m Emma!
I’ve been in digital marketing for almost 10 years, working for some of Northern Ireland’s biggest businesses across social media, content marketing, strategy, influencers and advertising. I specialise in quality customer experience, communication and education especially in retail, tourism and hospitality.

I firmly believe in the talent of tomorrow so when I’m not working with my clients you’ll find me at Ulster University teaching Digital Campaign Management or Belfast Metropolitan College teaching Digital Customer Experience for The Chartered Institute of Marketing. I love teaching businesses to support themselves as well, so ask me about the training and mentoring services I provide!
